Prenatal massage: Gentle techniques to ease pregnancy-related aches and improve comfort.
General Swedish massage: using various techniques to increase circulation and promote relaxation.
Deep tissue massage: Targeted work to release chronic tension and improve movement.
Cupping therapy: Suction-based treatment to boost circulation and reduce muscle tightness.
If you’re new to massage or have specific concerns, Sarah will take time to understand your needs and design a session that works for you.
I was inspired to pursue a career in massage therapy after providing care for my mother, who passed away from cancer in 2016. This deeply personal experience motivated me to support others through the healing benefits of massage therapy. In 2021, I graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology and Registered as a Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
As an RMT, I provide a wide range of treatments, including prenatal and postnatal massage, therapeutic massage, relaxation massage, General Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, cupping therapy. As well as soft tissue release; allowing us to tailor each treatment to your unique needs as a patient.
